Notifications
Audio Notifications
In this section, you can set Audio Notifications for the Chat conversations.
If you don't need Audio Notifications, simply seelct None. You can choose to be notified of all ongoing conversations or only those that are assigned to you.
Email Notifications
In this section, the user can set Email Notifications for the Chat conversations.
You can tick multiple choices to follow conversations more closely.

Send email notifications when a new conversation is created

Send email notifications when a conversation is assigned to me by another agent or the Admin

Send email notifications when you are mentioned in a conversation, addressed as "@your mail id"

Send email notifications when a new message is created in an assigned conversation
Push Notifications
In this section, you can set Push Notificaions for the Chat conversations.
Again, you can have multiple options.

Send push notifications when a new conversation is created

Send push notifications when a conversation is assigned to me by another agent or the Admin

Access Token
In this section, the system will autogenerate a Token that can be used in API based Integration.
User can directly Copy the Token and paste it in the code.
