How to Forward Emails to Hoory AI Channel?

Step 1. Copy forward email address from confguration tab under channel settings.

Step 2. Configure the copied email address as the forwarding email address in the email channel.

Step 3. Send an email to the forwarding address of the added channel.

Step 4. Check Hoory AI email channel for the new email.
