Configure Your General Account Details
You can fill in all the information about your organization on this page. You can update the name and the language used in the account by changing the settings, as shown below. The app supports the vast majority of languages, including Armenian, ensuring that you can tailor the interface to suit your specific linguistic preferences and needs.
To update account details, click Settings -> Account Settings. The available settings are shown below.
Field Name | Description |

Account Name | Enter the name of your Account. e.g. Hopkins Inc |
Site Language | Select the language in which conversations need to happen. e.g. English (en) Select English if you want your conversations to be in English. |
Number of days after a ticket should auto resolve if there is no activity | Give the number of days after which the ticket or conversation will be marked as resolved e.g. 30 - This is given in case the customer does not have further queries but has not closed the queries, as well. |
Click Update Settings button on the top right-hand side of the screen and wait for the 'Successfully updated account settings' message.
